What a beautiful day. Focusing on making good choices in both food and life. Learning to stop worrying about the things I can not change. To be patient for the answers I need to make my life decisions. Really trying to listen for Gods word on those decisions I need to make but having a hard time telling if I am hearing my head, my heart or My God. In the mean time I am being patient and resting in His peace. Clarity will come in His perfect timing.

It is often so hard to know if we are hearing His still small voice, isn't it? I believe going to Him and asking for His direction and leaning not on our own understanding, but rather, acknowledging Him in everything -our food choices included - is the only way we can be assured success. I'm thinking of you & praying you will be able to discern His voice!
