still struggling with this stinking head cold. it will go away soon. it will it will it will. :) not sure why the .03 gain but its ok. not to worried as I have still gone down some from the previous stall. this weekend is supposed to be beautiful out so maybe it will encourage me to get out in the yard and get some stuff done out there.

Did you try some alka seltzer for a little relief? It always works for me. Yard work yay it is actually supposed to be in the high 40's here with no snow :)

rockiesfan I did not, I haven't ran by the store. ive been takeing night and Dayquil gel tabs. I tried taking alka seltzer years ago and I gagged. lol. I should try them again and see if I can choke it down. lol.

Best way to take it is use a small Dixie cup cold water and do it like a shot, that what I do, lol
