We've all been there. No matter your weight, YOU deserve happiness and love.  

You aren't failing if you recorded your weight and keep trying!  

You can start fresh today. It takes time to change all those bad habits into good ones. One good change today can make a big difference. Be patient with yourself to learn a new healthier lifestyle. You can do it!! 

I had a week like that last week, now, things are back in line and the pounds are coming off! You can do it! 

Juts focus on today and one meal at a time. Makes it easier. Love your cat photo!

Hey now, I've been where you are. Just take things one day, one meal at a time and know that your goals are attainable. Not every day is going to be perfect, but you won't fail unless you choose too. Hello All! I am not new to FatSecret but new to the forum and I must say that I am so pleasantly surprised at the overwhelming amount of support you all have given Fat2Foxy... I hope I can be of support at some point like you all have been on these posts. Thank you ALL! :)

As long as you keep trying, you will eventually succeed. Put those failings behind you and make good choices today. I know I have been there, too. :)
