Looks like you've managed to do this journey before... I'm too old to have to do this again (plus I don't know if my body would survive another trip like we've had- lol)... so I plan on sticking around here for quite a while to keep myself accountable... and I'll happily cheer you on 💪

congratulations losing all that weight it must've taken a long time and willpower. U won't put it back on again. think of all the good things your able to do now.
