It's frustrating when you do everything 100% and the weight stays the same. Tied way too much to the scale, as my clothes are looser and I have to add a new hole to my belt. But that damn scale bothers me!!!

yes take measurements of your inches. trust me my body is the same way but people have said I've lost so much weight even though the scale hasn't changed much

I agree and wrote about scales they do lie, hey you had to make a new notch on your belt they spells success to me. Keep up the good work
