Day 20 complete and 6kg lost. It is really coming off easy this time - I weighed myself early at 6;30 AM. Must reiterate that my first weigh in for this diet effort followed two days of very moderate eating so was an honest and accurate reading.
The difference this time is that I am having a small breakfast every day, no fasting and also no puddings plus over last four days -no alcohol. I will try and keep focus today because losing one stone(6.35kg) in three weeks would be a very decent start. It's just about possible that I will make that number.
