I just don't get it....I follow 600 calories below my calorie count I exercise and the scale doesn't move....I go off my diet and have pizza on fri night, and don't exercise or anything on sat and I lose 2 lbs...don't get me wrong I am glad to have lost weight...but this is becoming a pattern.
