I set a goal to reach 165 pounds by the 28th, which is the first day of school, and I've successfully achieved it. During this week's training, a few people have noticed my 30-pound weight loss and commented on it. I'm starting to feel like I'm back at my "skinny" weight. While I don't feel drastically different, my clothes are fitting much better again.
