I'm resting, water and broth fasting, and treating symptoms for this respiratory virus my husband gave me. After 1 day of infection, I'm already less symptomatic than he is, and he's been suffering it nearly a week now. I told him it is because he doesn't do what is recommended by his nurse, which is myself. 😆 I laugh because he says he knows I'm right, but he still doesn't want to call in sick to work, miss a gym day, or a 🍺. 🤪
The weight loss is also another benefit for me.
