Well it's something. I've made my goal of no food between 7 and 7 and the arrow has turned down YaY!!!! Gonna go for the OMAD again, fasting till dinner, no sugar, no bread.

Thanks TJ, Erika....baby steps, gonna weigh daily for a week or so, while I am flushing my system of sugar and bread, hubs fixed the pantry problem last night by eating all of the crap that was left, so no struggle today rummaging in the cabinets! LOL
