after refeed day 5000 kcals 🤪 im not too unhappy with a 3lb temporary gain i really felt i needed some extra food admittedly 3 times the calories i usually eat was quite high . looking forward to leg day today as i feel a little stronger and slept quite well last night besides a bat flying into my bedroom !!
