March followed to the T gain but it was 3 pounds of muscle after my month measurement. I'm going to get a live now. I found out that March madness of barely having cheat times doesn't make big changes no more. Looks like my body doesn't want to drop bellow 194 even with perfect diet and exercise. So now I'm just going to be more lax but always not overpassing my calorie intake and if I do I pay during the week. But I will not say no to anything I'm just going to accommodate in my diet making sure it doesn't compromise my Protein macronutrients so I don't louse my handwork 180 lean muscle. 12.8% fat measure. My goal is being bellow 200.
