I had the fantastic idea of weighing myself this morning after feeling bloated. A bit of an uptick today but I’m sure it’s related to my bloating and current hormone levels. Recently I’ve been trying purple sweet potato- it’s very good! (But according to google can cause this bloating, unfortunately). I’ve always been the type to get very bloated at certain foods, and my stomach has been much more sensitive since I changed my diet overall at the beginning of this journey. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
