I had been hoping to be able to record a two stone loss before our holiday in Wales but the losses had been appearing to slow down recently. However looks like in the final furlong that I might just do it (400g in 4 days )a concerted effort is needed so that I will be pleased with a two stone loss (12.7kg) in 70 days - My BMI is back down to 25 All my clothes fit again and I can run 2-1/2 miles without stopping. Obviously even without loosing any more it's not a total disaster.
