Last week, I increased my cardio and spent more energy throughout the day. It was tough and by mid week I was super tired. My body required me to take rest seriously and I obliged even though it wasn't how I thought the week would play out. And it rewarded me by dropping some weight after proper rest. I am learning to balance working out and resting. Grateful to be learning so much about my body.
