Hmm!! Bit of a strange reading. Appreciate it looks like I've lost 1.8kg overnight, but I dont remember losing a part of my arm/leg overnight. Just had the one meal yesterday, and I think with being back on my way of eating for last 6 days after coming back from Mexico All inclusive, penicillin leaving my body due to illness early week, my weight is just getting back to where it was 2-3 weeks ago. Ill weigh in tomorrow and hopefully its about the same or less... I'm still 2kg away from my lightest ever this year... Id always prefer to see scales go down though, than up lol...
