I am sorry I have not been on here as much lately. We had a family emergency and I have been out of town for over a week. But everything is going better now. Thank goodness. I unfortunately slipped a bit on the diet but not too badly I hope. I have added a few pounds but I am very happy it was not more. Back on track now I hope. I hope everyone is doing well.
