fat 38.5% it's hard to lose that extra kilo I piled on in London even though we walked alot. still keeping up with the swimming 6 days a week, waking up 5:30am weekdays to be at gym at 6 am ish. closed shop off this week. and finished temporary job yesterday to concentrate on new job next Monday.
