As expected the excess water weight/glycogen stores are leaving quickly after resuming the correct kcal intake after holiday number 2 . im expecting a further couple of lbs loss by the end of week which will tell me the true damage the holiday has caused :( . Im feeling extremely focused and will be dieting strictly up until christmas day now all the holidays are done .
I have upped my creatine intake from 3g to 4.5g today as i plan on eating less red meat and more eggs and fish , gotta say i do enjoy a plate of beef and beans though ;) . other supplements currently in use are Beta Alanine ( i like the tingles ) rhodiola rosea turkesterone ( i tried ecdysterone and found it worked well in stopping DOMS , the turkesterone i purchased is liquid capsule delivery - im hoping for the same results as ecdysterone or better ) btw these are legal and not anabolics or sarms . glucomannon - i purchased this as when i really reduce calories its nice to have a soluble fibre source as my servings of oats go down to about 50g which really isnt filling . The capsules i purchased also have a chromium complex to promote healthy glucose levels and improve insulin sensitivity. As always i take ashwaghanda for multiple health benefits but it especially seems to reduce inflammation in old joints especially my knees .
