Thank you yes I will it's just been slowly getting there this past couple weeks now but at least I didn't gain weight and still lost a couple pounds..

I find it easier to go with lower cal when I get at least 30 grams of protein at the start of each meal. The protein is very satiating and provide many additional health benefits.
