4 months post op and down 72 pounds from my starting point. my highest weight was 298. its crazy looking back at the difference in pictures and now cloths. ive gotten rid of alot of cloths in the last few months. donated them to people who need cloths. now if i could get past my hair falling out. 😩nothing helps it seems and I've been eatting little things if i want it like popcorn. the only exception is sugar. i will never go down that road again. being a sugar addict is what almost killed me. and i will fight that addiction everyday. some days r good others are terrible.
