No change this morning, yesterday's weigh-in at the doctor went well, 3.5 lbs from last week...
I pointed both my other doctors at each other (the pediatrist that's treating my foot) and the Orthopedic surgeon (for my knee) to work out what my next step is...
Seems each was waiting for the other to do their procedure so they can do theirs on me...
weight doctor thinks by the time I each my goal I could very well by fitting into a 36 waist!
but I still need the 34 length and the "T" (tall) on the right side shirt size label no matter what happens on the left side.
seems loosing weight doesn't make you any shorter...
