uugh no change still have bloating and I lowered my calories and carbs back down and did good yesterday but I have been in the bed since 2pm yesterday relaxing my knee and now from laying around so much I'm hurting in my lower back and even my hips are bothering me so could only sleep 4hrs and that's not good, hopefully I can start feeling better soon and get this back off there...

Somehow I was trying to enter the weight and journal for Sunday and it changed my original journal entry for Saturday. But Sat weigh in was 311.8 and 4hr sleep.
