Good morning my FS family! Happy Monday.👋🏼 Yes, I gained a few pounds over the Holidays. But I am not surprised in the least. We indulged in the big three last week: Family, Friends and Food. I agree with King Solomon when he said ‘there is nothing better under the sun than to eat, drink and be Merry’. 👍🏼 Long Live the King 👑 But reality have returned and I have weigh in this Friday (we skipped my Friday) so I am back on my program. This is why they call it - a journey. For some reason I am in the happiest mood this morning, but for me that is most mornings. 😀 Ok guys, let’s do this! ❤️
