lower calorie intake carbs,and sodium intake yesterday but this only sleeping 4 hrs is killing me ugh but it's going down 👇 a little bit at time hopefully its back down and these 2 extra pounds back off from last week's eating habits at least by Frida or sat .Got a new king size bed and I love it more than the new queen memory foam bed I had those things kinda suck unless you get a 14" mattress that costs thousands of dollars for a queen bed room set with mattress .

We have a small bedroom so our bed is a standard size. LOL.

Our bedroom is medium sized but with a king size bed and TV and stand but I don't have a dresser or chest our clothes are in storage tubs and hanging up in closet. If I had a dresser and chest I would have to stick with the queen bed but I gave them away awhile back as I didn't like them either and thus time gave the queen bed to my step daughter and got a bigger bed but it's the older spring style mattress instead of the foam which isn't good even my hubby at 166lbs said it was really uncomfortable and felt like a bar sticking in his side. So for me being 310 it's not comfortable it sinks down with me even worse damn memory foam only 8-10in isn't good!!!
