If you are using the food diary ,that is an eye opener for me .it could be water retention

Losing weight is like a roller coaster but you gotta keep on grinding. I try to downsize the carbs portion from one or more of the meals & do more walking when I’m on my cut

Get a cheap digital kitchen scale and a set of measuring cups and log every single thing you eat. Even the smallest morsel and make sure you log it on your food diary. Also, pay attention to your macros (fat, protein and carbohydrates) and set a daily caloric intake goal. All of that can be done on Fatsecret. This will help you pinpoint where you can improve, so you can see results.

Glanced at your food diary. Your protein grams are pretty low, your calories are pretty high if you are trying to lose weight. You need a 500 calorie deficit per day to produce a 1 pound per week weight loss. Im in maintenance at around 1400 calories or less per day. Food for thought. No pun intended.
