Well,
Recovered from Trip to LV, Thanksgiving, and a bout with Covid. Weight is back on track to get down to 226lbs. I'll keep tracking the food and that seems to work. I still have working taste buds, but my wife is not so lucky in that regard. I may have to be her food sniffer to make sure she isn't eating anything that might not be as fresh as she would want.
