Finally loosing some weight new routine fasting and weighted hula hoop seems to be helping so far hoping to loose at least a stone to begin with . I’ve lost 0.6 kg since doing this over about 2-3 weeks this is really good for me as I didn’t seem to be loosing anything no matter what I tried . I do walk most of the time and run around 2 children and a house .
