Now just trying to maintain and not lose any more until the cruise. About 7.5% body fat, 211 and nice thin skin. Good thing about cruises is I don't drink, so will not kill myself in booze and too much to eat while cruising. But, will certainly OD on the spa services and sun by the pool. Carbs 50 or less per day, 2,200 calories per day (normal is around 3,800 - 4,000 per day). Leaned out from a training weight of 228 to 211 in 4 weeks. No cardio required :-) Just pulling iron.
