Hate to start again on the New Year , but here we are . I never realized how much 10-15 lbs. make in how I feel or how my clothes fit . I have always been so overweight that 10lbs. never mattered .

I always say 10 pounds like 10 degrees makes a world of a difference. Can you tell I hate cold weather?! you got this...get it off and it will be a huge difference.
