I guess no one can escape from the Christmas indulgence break! Not bad this time yay lol thank goodness, going back to my diet & workouts next week 🎉
Crazy how even when trying to carefully indulge but the calories all add up without even realising! Iceland is too tempting oof those chocolate cones are like almost 200 calories each! All about portion control 💯
