Happy Tuesday FS Rock Stars. My first week back consisted of eating home cooked meals instead of eating out, portions control, food prep and 80% consistent tracking. I'm happy with that accomplishment, it was hard, but I knew it wasn't going to be easy, that's why it took me so long to come back😊 Cheers ☕☕
