Stopped the low cal diet, just trying my best not to over eat now, and eating healthier foods. Stabilized slightly higher than my goal weight, but now I'm starting strength training to build some lean muscle. As I get older I'm feeling weaker and really need to get stronger. I've taken my "Before" pic, so "technically" half way there! Just need the "after" pic now. So watch this space! (it might take a while, so please don't wait, I'll let you know when it's ready) Wish me luck 🤞
