if you could call no los no gain a success, it was yesterday. Long busy day. Little exercise but really none so to speak and ate whatever I could find in minutes. Tomorrow should be really good, hopefully at 209 or under because today is a clean my place, ride a few miles on my bike if it doesn't rain and a full body workout, including martial arts.
