I haven't been keeping track of my weight the last few weeks. I've gained quite a bit.

I haven't felt myself lately, a little depressed, and I'm not even attempting to eat healthy.

I feel tired. Everything on my body hurts and I just feel like rubbish. I know it's from eating unhealthy food.

I have to get it under control again, before it gets out of hand and I gain even more.

I try to think about which I want more at times when I feel like indulging in unhealthy choices. I ask myself out of the choices which do I want more? Do I want to continue feeling the way I do and enjoy the brief moment of eating cake but then hating myself afterwards or do I want more positive long term effects and to feel healthier with more energy. Then I try and distract myself.

I just wanted to say winter makes lots of people a bit sad perhaps buy some vitamin D catch up with a friend and a chat
