No loss but no surprise as I have been cheating nearly every day - what is it they say, if you cheat the only person you cheat is yourself?? Even had half a loaf of tiger bread so I guess I should be grateful I haven't put weight on!! Anyway, I now have a date for my trip of 11 July - 7 weeks to lose 10lb, or at least try to. I am gonna go low carb and step up the exercise with one more session a week - probably Zumba or something fun to balance out the spin and body pump. I have two big parties in June though so it will be a challenge to avoid the constant champagne fuelled madness.
