I am thrilled to find that I am still 2 lbs under my goal! I was dreading to get on the scale because I have had company all week and I haven't been following my plan as closely as I wanted. It seems like when you have company you do a lot of eating and going out. I had to keep my son and my sister happy and their eating habits are a lot different than mine. When you reach goal and are trying to maintain your weight you get all paranoid about gaining. I will have to admit I did enjoy digging in and eating with the rest of the family.
