LOL at the meme. Always good to find what works. Every doctor I know loves the DASH diet and I have not know a single person but you who has done the diet and stayed with it. I'm going to tell my doctor that you exist!!! LOL.

Morticia, I am committed now after going to multiple stores and ordered foods, specifically unsalted, to stock up for the diet, Most are things I haven't included in my diet for years. Even after my return visit when I found out it wasn't technically high blood pressure, I know it is healthy. I want to lose weight, though, and I don't think it's the quickest for that, but at my age it is probably best.
