Ended a work out streak
Worked out a minimum of 4 times a week since June 2022-90 weeks
But sort of got into a rut and it seemed like a chore rather then appreciating my ability to complete the work outs and the good effects from those work outs
Going to change things up a bit
Little more yoga
Continue weight lifting
Maybe rowing more then stationary bike 😊
