I don't feel like I overate yesterday, but I haven't been recording my meals, so I'm not sure. I'm at about day 7 of taking the Mega Red joint pills, and my knee seems to be doing a little better, but not sure if it's the pills or just my knee improving on its own. After we get Mom's yard sodded this weekend, maybe we'll finally catch a break.
