Had my ups and downs since starting again with the weight loss last week, popcorn and Pepsi at the cinema, seeded bread!! seeded bread honestly? Yeah no more seeded bread!! Getting to grips again with calorie contents, it's shocking at times. A third of a tin of chilli con carne... bam.... daily 1200 kcals out the window or go to bed hungry. It's fascinating tbh, eye opening as to why we gain weight soooo easily as our metabolism slows and again I am thankful for having Fatsecret 🥰.

He he, I meant my evenings in general with my diet. I eat well all day then blow it in the evening. 😂 love that part of the country but not been since covid as seems to busy in the summer now. I’m up in Bedfordshire 😊

I love Bedfordshire as I live in a small town surrounded by countrysides and how central I am. But I love the peace of the countryside with no one around for mile and I find comfort being by the sea.
