I am very frustrated with myself for the extra pounds this month. I keep telling myself it’s water weight but time to face reality. My portions have increased slightly, snacking more and added the occasional alcohol bevy. My goal was to maintain. I’ve gone overboard adding calories. 🫣. It’s definitely a slippery slope! 

I feel you. My last couple of weekends have been absolute trash in terms of staying on plan. Time to focus on and prioritize my goals over tasty treats…
