Been eating like a pig, sick for 2 weeks and no willpower or desire to eat well. Sorry, self. It's a shame because I initially lost 2kg when I was very sick, but put it back on and more now. Time to get back on track, I think. We have 3 adult visitors in our house now, but that shouldn't stop us eating well...
