The excess glycogen and salt is now exiting the building :) so my weight is coming off quickly . By next week i should have my current true weight after the week off.
I took a week off training too, Glad to be back to it yesterdays upper body workout . Really hoping to gain some reasonable muscle mass back this year when i up my calories again. For now im having up until my birthday on lower kcals to strip back some more fat . All the best and thanks for all the support :)
