Another hurdle on my Ramadan weight loss journey! Suhoor and Iftar have been a battleground between healthy choices and pure tiredness. Fueling my body with good food and staying hydrated is proving to be a challenge. Working out has also been tough – definitely lighter weights and lower intensity to avoid crashing. But small steps are still steps, and I'm determined to keep this up! Here's to a strong finish!
