I am delighted with myself for being able to stay on my diet purpose over the last five days whilst I was stress tested elsewhere.

I like to think I have managed to get all those monkeys off my back by a deflection coping technique that is ebay bargain sniping - I now have ten pairs of (all different) Rohan walking trousers and ten different Rohan shirts - Should see me to the grave.

Next up I need to start jogging again

Glad to hear this! Stress eating is my absolute downfall so always good to hear people overcoming it themselves as it gives me hope! sorry to hear about the stress though and hope it's easing for you

Good for you my friend . i did well the week throug. ive just had my usual up eat day today around 5000 kcals so for the next few days the scales will moan at me ;)
