Hello FS family! I've lost another 3 pounds this week. I'm down to 202.8 . Yay! So proud of myself. Before I thought I'd never get down to 175. Now I think it's possible. On my last doctor's visit on Monday he was so impressed with my weight loss and diabetes progress that he said he's going to use me as an example to his other patients! I'm going back to him in May to see what my A1C is. I actually can't wait. I want to crush everyone's expectations! 😉
