Upper strength workouts are coming along splendidly and I’ve started up jogging every 3 to 4 days, (jog 50-100m, walk 50-100m for 4km) for the first time since my teens. Feeling absolutely wonderful now my hand and ankle are on the mend. 😎🏃♂️🎉🙌😎🙌🎉🏃♂️😎
