been dancing around the same lbs for 2 weeks now. I've been 144.4 for a week straignt. EVERY morning the scale says the same thing and I only checked every day until I saw it say something different lol. Finally today, it was .2 less hahah. Been waiting to get UNDER 144 for 2 weeks and hoping i get that this weekend.

I have been almost going through the same thing for weeks. .2 loss, .4 loss, .2 loss. Discouraging but slow and steady wins the race so they says. I did want it to happen though in this life. LOL They say if you change up your diet some it can jump start your weight loss. I feel your pain. Have a good day.

yes I'm going to UP my calorie intake for a few days to see if it'll shock my metabolism. Looking through the month so far, I've kept a pretty big deficit. I'm burning more than what FS says I am (according to my fitbit charge hr). I need to make LESS of a deficit I think, to drop some lbs. No more than a 500 cal deficit. Lately it's been 800-1000!

I ate extra calories over the Holiday doe two days in a row - then after three low calorie days in a row, I lost - you may need to jolt your system a little.
