7/10/15, identifix, Karen called. asked if I want to automatically resume identifix subscription this month on 25th? No, thanks. She asked me to call before then to confirm. so I said lets cancel now (I was busy, no time to talk). (and truthfully, I haven’t needed identifix. and so little work anyway, it’d be a luxury to have, but that’s all. why pay them constantly for very little or NO need?
She asked if I wanted to go with the $97/mo and FIVE cars/month limit?, instead of the normal $169/mo unlimited cars). No, thanks. [WAY TOO HIGH PRICED. Their arrogance is atrocious.]

Where companies like Amazon, charge close to the same price for digital download, as a physical book. The difference in profit is huge. They have INFINATE copies of these books, which don’t have to be packaged, labeled & sent.
Identifix is similar, where they are taking money from auto repair shops and dealerships, for the POSSIBILITY of needing data they already have on computers. No packaging, labeling or mailing needed there either. In most cases, no human need be involved. Transfer from computer to computer.
They raise their prices periodically, which raises the inflation of the dollar, instead of any claim that they NEED to DUE to inflation.
Corporations are bleeding us of our diminishing income, ruthlessly, in so many many ways.
and for what? So a few can brag about making millions. So we can Oh & Ah! about this wonderful person…? Greedy, arrogant, ruthless person? are they really a better person for all this?]
